Quote requests

Submitting Get Quote is a request for information, not a confirmed booking. A job is confirmed only after the scope, price, timing and responsibilities for supply and fitting have been agreed.

Information about the job

Please provide accurate product details, measurements, photos and site information where available. Remote information can help define the job, but measurements or site conditions may need to be checked before products are ordered or work is confirmed.

Supply + fit

Where Fitting.ie is asked to help source a product, the exact item, quantity, finish, price, lead time and any relevant return conditions should be confirmed before an order is placed. Product availability can change.

Fit only

For products already purchased, fitting depends on the item being suitable for the opening, room, wall, floor or other site condition. An incompatible or damaged product may require a change of scope or a replacement before fitting can continue.

Site conditions and additional work

Hidden defects, unsafe conditions, unexpected preparation or work outside the agreed scope may require a revised quote or separate arrangement. Electrical, gas, plumbing, structural, glazing or fire-safety work is included only when it is specifically agreed and handled by an appropriately qualified person where required.

Payment, scheduling and cancellation

Any deposit, payment timing, appointment arrangements, cancellation terms and product-order commitments must be stated in the quote or booking confirmation before the job is confirmed. Nothing on this website removes rights that apply under Irish consumer law.

Changes

If the requested work or product changes after a quote is agreed, price and timing may also change. Any change should be confirmed before the additional work or order proceeds.
